You look like you have it all together from the outside, but internally you're struggling with worry and fears. You are tired and just need a break but even when you have time off you feel uneasy and restless. You have difficulty knowing what you want or need and when you do figure it out it is hard to find the words to express your needs. You hear its important to feel your feelings but you don't know what that means. You are often stuck in your head with things you "should" be doing. You want connection and community but your often feel like you are not getting the support you need in your relationships.
You know you want to make changes but you don't know where to start. My approach is a mix of relational, somatic and cognitive techniques to support the folks I see to figure out how to begin making needed changes. To help you recognize old patterns and to begin to create new patterns that help you feel more present and a felt sense of well being and safety
The reality is life can be hard and we face so many challenges in life. I support my clients to be confident that they have the tools they need to weather any storm and to support my clients to feel confident that they will get to the other side. I focus on supporting integration of our past experiences with what you are hoping for in the present and future.
