I work with individuals (17+) and couples who've experienced childhood trauma, struggle in family relationships, and are healing from eating disorders and other relationship challenges. I also support LGBTQ+ and church-hurt communities. Additionally, I enjoy working with Millennials, mental health professionals, and psychedelic and somatic practitioners.
