Welcome to my practice! My name is Saralinda Subbiondo, & I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a diverse background working with children, individuals, & couples. In addition to private practice, I have worked as a school psychologist for 20 years. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages and their parents. I have the added expertise of understanding families with children who have special needs. I am a fierce child & family advocate & can help navigate the complicated world of special education (e.g., Autism and ADHD). I consider working with you a privilege and an honor.
My approach is generally solution-focused, based on the premise that it's easier to make changes based on our strengths than our deficits. My style is down-to-earth, friendly, and collaborative. There is no problem too big for us to resolve together in a collaborative style.
I build a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect and support people using their strengths to overcome challenges. I greatly enjoy my work and consider it an honor to be invited into the lives of the people I work with.
