As a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, I am dedicated to providing a warm and safe space for women across the lifespan. I have experience working with adults of all ages to ensure they are given the support, empathy and proper knowledge to meet their goals and quality of life they are aiming for. There are many challenges that come up in areas of women’s health including hormonal, biological and emotional changes that occur throughout the reproductive years and beyond. Giving yourself the proper space to process and navigate the challenges can make a very significant difference and enhance the quality of your life.
I aim to meet my clients wherever they are on their journeys, and recognize the specific situation they are in. I use a strength based approach to build on my clients’ strengths and utilize that in their everyday lives. I use a CBT modality to help bring awareness to the many automatic negative thought patterns that can be causing challenging mood disorders.
