I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults (16+) who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, chronic stress, and avoidance tendencies. Through our work together you will learn to understand the root of your anxiety, and learn to co-exist with it. Additionally, I also provide clinical supervision for CSWAs.

I use multiple treatment approaches, such as: Parts-work/IFS-based, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral approaches such as CBT and DBT.

I know it can be hard to believe that things can change. But, through our work together you will gain clarity of what needs to be changed and what needs to be accepted.
