Many of us are shackled by the chains of pain that are attached to our past and the childhood traumas we have experienced. My role as your Trauma-Informed Therapist and Coach is to help you develop positive meaning by giving you the tools needed to live a more fulfilling life. I will work with you in a non-judgmental, empowering, and collaborative manner.
