I am passionate about guiding people to follow their hearts & survive this crazy, beautiful world. I support folx in moving through big life changes, stress, trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, internalized oppression & getting unstuck. I employ a variety of playful counseling methods demonstrated by research to be effective at increasing self-esteem, spontaneity & joy. My practice is rooted in expressive art & dance therapy, eco-somatics, social justice, trauma & attachment neuroscience & theory. If you are longing to become a more present & grounded force of change in the world, I would be honored to meet you.
Expressive art & dance therapy is way to reconnect to the language of the body. It is a practice of tuning into what feels alive, listening deeply, drawing, moving & speaking from a place of greater presence. Body/mind counseling can support you in developing your somatic intelligence & learning to express your truth.
I work with clients struggling with traditional talk therapy, needing to reconnect to authentic self-expression & curious about how to heal their body/mind/spirit. I help those in survival mode to begin to play and integrate beauty into their lives, and can support you in finding balance & recovery when your world is turned upside down.
