About
Currently accepting new patients for virtual appointments. People are made to strive toward growth. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, unsettled or blue, you may need a helping hand to get "unstuck" and move toward growth again. I provide a safe and welcoming space to explore this process and grow. I have experience treating clients for trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociative identity disorder, sexual trauma, family difficulties, sports performance, difficulty adjusting to life circumstances, ADHD, difficulty communicating, anger and interpersonal conflict.
My client centered approach means that therapy looks different for each person. Let's explore your experiences, strengths and challenges using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, EMDR, family therapy, art techniques and traditional "talk therapy" to improve mood, relationships and quality of life.
My background in childhood and attachment provides a unique perspective for my work with all clients, including adolescents and adults. I often integrate family therapy and work with parents to address concerns at home and school. I am a Registered Play Therapist and have received basic training in EMDR(eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
