While there's a waiting list for set weekly times, I do have some flexi-schedule and weekend intensives available. I work with couples to untangle what’s beneath the conflict, so you can feel more connected and less gridlocked. I also support people healing from religious trauma, sexual shame, and high-control relationships. If you’ve felt unseen or shaped by someone else’s story, we’ll gently explore what’s truly yours... and what’s not. Together, we’ll help you reclaim your voice and protect your peace.
I have advanced training in EMDR, Gottman Level 2, EFT for couples, perinatal mental health, and other trauma-informed approaches. These often weave together when earlier experiences influence how we love, relate, or parent. My practice warmly welcomes all identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous partnerships.
