Groups
Adventurer Support Group
Hello adventurers! This group will utilize principles of Acceptance Commitment Therapy and apply it through playing Dungeons and Dragons. Players are guided by a certified Therapeutic Game Master during sessions planned with therapeutic goals of the group in mind. While enjoying the adventure and problem solving with your fellow adventurers, you build skills, practice communication, and learn more about yourself through your character and learning other perspectives.
