Hi, I'm Sarah. Carrying anxiety, trauma, or relationship stress can feel incredibly lonely. Whether you face depression or daily burnout, your pain deserves a safe place to land. Together, we will gently unpack what weighs you down at a pace that feels secure. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I provide in-person therapy in Columbia, SC, as well as telehealth services across SC, FL, AR, DE, LA, and VT. You don't have to navigate this wilderness by yourself.
