About
Accepting new clients for in person and Telehealth in SC and Telehealth in NC. Change often occurs when we least expect it and sometimes we need help navigating that change. Experiences from the past or struggles in the present often cause us to feel anxious, depressed, or stuck in negative patterns. The process of therapy will allow you a safe and nurturing space to create and be the change you want to see in your own life. Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual or couple, I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to establish and reach their goals.
My genuineness and understanding help create a strong therapeutic relationship. Through this relationship, I work with my clients to increase self-awareness and overcome their struggles to live more authentically in the present.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are struggling with affair recovery/infidelity, ethical/consensual non-monogamous relationships, LGBTQIA+ couples and individuals, and those struggling with trauma related symptoms.
