I aim to make therapy a non-judgmental, collaborative space where there is room for all stories and experiences. I enjoy working with folks from diverse backgrounds and various identities, including fellow LGBTQIA+ individuals. I specialize in working with folks who are dealing with many types of grief (death, identity, divorce, retirement), life-transitions, managing the stress of caregiving for a sick or disabled loved one, and coping with terminal illness/end of life issues. I also have experience working with a wide variety of other issues such as trauma, dementia, anxiety, depression, stress, and intimate partner violence.
I offer a compassionate, empathetic and relational approach to therapy rooted in the belief that you are the expert on you! Healing is not a linear or one size fits all process - Let me help you heal from past traumas, construct your new normal, gain confidence in yourself, learn to trust your own judgment and experiences.
