My therapeutic style is warm and compassionate. I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy to clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I use a range of therapeutic approaches and will work collaboratively with you to understand your concerns and determine the therapeutic approach that best matches your needs and the changes you are hoping for.
I have specialized training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and will use these and other approaches to help you on your path towards your goals.
I am bilingual and provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I have openings in person in Chicago and through telehealth throughout Illinois, including weekend appointments.
