As a therapist, I invest wholeheartedly in my clients to build a nurturing relationship where clients can feel safe, supported and valued. I deeply care about my clients and their process, thus prioritize building safe and strong relationships with each person I work with. I see therapy as an adventure where we will be going through the trenches side by side. This journey is not a straight path and each turn will take you exactly where you need to be.
A core belief I hold in my practice is that our early life experiences become the blueprint for how we respond to stress and engage with others. Trauma, anxiety and acute stressors throw our internal systems off balance and it can be challenging to help our bodies return to neutral or realize that the distressing event is over.
We will work together to help reinforce safety and healing not just in the mind but in the body as well. Sometimes asking for help is the hardest thing we can do and I am truly honored to provide a safe place to receive that care. Let’s get started!
