Therapy for those ready to know themselves more deeply. I work with teens and adults who are thoughtful, introspective, creative, and deep-feelers. Teens and young adults may be exploring identity, emotions, relationships, belonging, and what kind of person they want to become. Adults may be seeking to understand how trauma has shaped their identity, relationships, emotions, and experience of the world, and how to change that story. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.

My approach is experiential and integrative, blending psychotherapy, somatic work, mindfulness, creative expression, and music when helpful. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for clients seeking a deeper, non-traditional pathway into healing and self-exploration.

I believe therapy begins with being witnessed in your authentic experience, without judgment. It is a space to understand yourself more deeply, find the language for what you feel, and explore what supports you. Therapy can be a deeply meaningful part of the journey toward becoming more fully yourself.
