My clients are longing for a deep and meaningful change (mixed with some play and laughter). I work with children, teens and adults who are looking to create a therapeutic journey that is both playful and deep. The adult clients I work with find real relief from depression, anxiety and trauma. The young adult and teen clients in my office are often working through identity development, stress management, and accomplishing their goals in life. The younger kiddos in my office are using play and creativity to work through big emotions, tough behaviors and family challenges.
I am an art therapist and a provisionally licensed counselor. My hope is for clients is to experiment with their creativity, get playful, and embrace the journey of creative healing. I walk with you through the hard things and add a spark of creativity as we create meaning out of the mess.
If you are looking for change that lasts, you're in the right place. Maybe you're curious about a therapeutic process that is both playfully creative and deeply meaningful. I will sit with you, laugh together, create art with you, and even pass a tissue when needed. I am here for you when you're ready to reach out.
