You deserve to heal from the painful experiences in your past! I specialize in working with people who are survivors of attachment trauma, such as childhood abuse or sexual assault, or are adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families. I help clients with issues of post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, dissociation, body image and eating concerns, and more. I'm also a sex-positive therapist who is passionate about helping clients with issues regarding sexuality and sexual identity. I love helping people develop a healthier relationship with themselves, as well as with others.
My style is integrative, collaborative, and empowerment-focused. I'm trained in somatic therapy, parts work, and attachment-focused EMDR, and I use these approaches to resolve trauma and facilitate deep and meaningful healing. I use an emotion-focused and narrative approach to help you connect more deeply to your emotions and re-author your life story.
I bring over a decade of experience using a collaborative mind-body approach to support you in your process of healing and trauma recovery. In a safe and supportive space, you can unlearn the harmful messages from your past, release stuck feelings of guilt and shame, discover self-compassion and an embodied sense of safety, and gain freedom from your past.
