About
Taking the necessary steps towards mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being is not an easy task, and does not have to be done alone. My commitment is assisting and supporting you in finding the unique tool you need to move towards long term healing. My focus is on mind, body and spirit as we work together. I respect the unique and intricate experiences and identities you bring into the therapeutic relationship.
An important aspect of my work is connecting social justice with therapy. For me, this means honoring each persons various identities and the realities that come with holding intersecting identities. As well as understanding the ways oppression can effect our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
My work is primarily with adolescents, adult individuals and romantic relationships. Weather you are in a transitional period looking for temporary support, or wanting more long term healing, it would be an honor to join with you as you take the steps to living a more fulfilling life. NOTE: Current temporary location is not wheelchair accessible.
