Hi! I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin with over 19 years of experience. I currently enjoy working with adults (18-64) through individual, virtual therapy. I'm trained in behavioral therapies (CBT, DBT) but use an integrative and trauma-informed approach with clients primarily experiencing depression and anxiety. My other areas of focus include ADHD, general stress management, parenting, adjusting to life transitions, women's mental health, and adoption. I'm available for virtual sessions with Wisconsin clients Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (last session starts at 4:30 p.m.). Please note, you must be present in Wisconsin at the time of each virtual session.
At this time, I can usually get clients started in 1-2 weeks after we complete a free 15 minute phone consult to determine if we're a good fit.
