Welcome! Therapy is your space to connect, heal, and grow. Life and relationships can be hard, and finding a therapist who understands you can be too. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, identity, and relationship challenges. I really enjoy supporting sensitive, creative, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ folks, those in kink/BDSM communities, open relationships, and people in service, corporate, or tech environments seeking balance, boundaries, change, and connection. All parts of you are welcome here. And yes, I believe in finding moments for humor along the way: therapy doesn’t have to be all serious!
I work with older teens, adults, families, and people in relationships. This includes LGBTQIA+ humans, neurodivergents, people in kink/BDSM communities, non-monogamy, creatives, and those in service, corporate, or tech environments.
