About
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I apply a strengths-based approach to my practice, incorporating several modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness strategies. I have an eclectic style and provide a warm, empathetic space to allow for a trusting therapeutic connection, as well as a deep exploration of thoughts and feelings.
I work with a wide range of clients, including individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma, life transitions, unhealthy behaviors and more.
I help clients explore the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors to help identify negative thinking that prevents us from meeting our goals. My purpose is to help others shed unhealthy patterns and refocus on enhancing our quality of life.
