I offer a compassionate space to untangle shame, heal old stories, and reclaim your vitality. My aim is to support your unique unfolding and reconnection with meaning, joy, and inner truth. To assist you, I weave together body-based strategies; deep listening; relational warmth; a container for healing and unburdening your parts; and soulful exploration.

I also help clients heal shame rooted in cultural, systemic, and ancestral wounds, patterns you may have unknowingly inherited that have caused painful suffering and self-blame.
