I am a Clinical Social Worker that is accepting online clients ages 12 and up for individual therapy. I specialize in working with clients who have issues and/or goals around anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, abuse/neglect, low self-esteem, behaviors, anger/irritability, separation from family, out of home placements, parenting, and family conflict.I can help these clients with exploring their past and present issues and help them create goals to manage their symptoms/behaviors.
I use approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution focused and additional modalities to individualize treatment needs. When working with children/adolescents the parent/caregivers are asked to be involved in treatment to help support the client's treatment progress.
If you want to learn more on how I can help or if you are ready to get services started, then please email or call me today to get a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
