About
Are you tired of feeling unhappy with yourself or disappointed that your life is not going the way you had hoped? You may feel like you have done or are doing everything “right” but it is not bringing you the joy you had anticipated. Maybe you are wanting change or to feel more connected but don’t know how to make these things happen. Perhaps you are struggling with your relationships, a life change, or are exhausted from trying to make everyone happy and do things “perfectly”. You may feel like you don’t have anyone who understands or supports you or don’t have someone with whom you feel comfortable talking about certain issues.
All of the above are reasons to seek therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals learn and accept who they are, overcome barriers, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to them. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is the most important part of therapy and I strive to be warm, validating, and nonjudgmental.
Therapy has the ability to help people recognize the power they have inside themselves to affect their thoughts, feelings, behavior, and lives and I am honored to be a part of that experience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, as I would love to see about the possibility of us working together.
