I offer individual counseling, mindfulness coaching, and meditation groups at Sacred Space Northwest. I use & teach mindfulness skills in my work to empower clients to respond to difficulties with strength and grace. This mind-body approach to therapy and coaching works well for those struggling with depression, anxiety, unprocessed trauma, chronic pain, and spiritual issues. I integrate spirituality in counseling, offering safe, non-judgmental space to explore a sense of/or desire for connection to something bigger. Clients can process their quest for meaning and purpose; clarify their worldview, and increase self-awareness and acceptance.
Having a daily Yoga & Mindfulness practice, I have experienced the power of mindful movement, breath & meditation; and have seen how these wonderfully compliment the counseling process. I see and treat each client holistically, addressing mind, body, and spirit as a means to mental-emotional wellness.

30 Minutes of Mindfulness

This is a twice weekly pop-up lunch hour mindfulness meditation group. No reservations needed. Drop-in, plan to be a few minutes early, as doors close right at 12:15. Suggested donation, $5. The usual structure: Brief introductions, 5 min deep breathing, 20 min meditation, 5 min mindful movement.
