About
NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I offer Individual Counseling, Mindfulness Coaching, and Yoga Therapy. My Mindful, body-based work teaches how to connect deeply with self, others & your unique sense of the Divine. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting, intimacy/sex, relationships, and spiritual issues. I have worked with those who have experienced spiritual abuse or religious oppression and continue to wrestle with guilt, shame, fear, and anxiety around their sexuality, personal identity. Please EMAIL ME to be added to my waitlist.
Having a daily Yoga & Mindfulness practice, I have experienced the power of mindful movement, breath & meditation; and have seen how these wonderfully compliment the counseling process. I see and treat each client holistically, addressing mind, body, and spirit as a means to mental-emotional wellness 444
This holistic approach encourages your mind, body & spirit to work together in harmony. It is possible to live in inspiration, creativity, authenticity, and joy. My heart's calling is to help others travel this path to wellness. As you journey & grow into your best self, I will walk with you.
