If you’ve been holding things together for a long time and feel it’s finally time to talk with someone, you’re not alone. I work with adults who are tired of feeling anxious, low, or reactive—and want to feel more steady and clear. Having a calm, consistent space to sort through what’s happening can bring real relief and insight.
I support clients navigating family dynamics, grief, and the stress that builds when we’ve been coping with difficult transitions or troubles.. With a warm and thoughtful approach, I help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your own resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and ease.
With over 30 years of experience, I bring a seasoned presence to the therapeutic process. My approach is gentle yet deeply informed, helping clients explore even the most sensitive concerns with care. Drawing from family systems, depth psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in understanding and healing inner conflicts and trauma.
I have a long-standing personal practice in meditation and mindfulness, which often informs the insights and guidance I offer in therapy. After living through six decades of life, I bring both professional and personal wisdom to support you in finding the peace and happiness that is available to all of us.
