What If It All Works Out OCD Support Group

WHAT IF's are anxiety thoughts creating doubt, uncertainty and fear. "What if it all works out OCD Support Group" brings together adults (18+) who are at various stages of recovery and living with OCD. Through discussion, mindfulness practice, art making and skill sharing, the members of this group can provide community, resources and a deep understanding of the OCD experience. Group meets 1-2x/month on Wednesdays at 6pm virtually.

Words Are Hard: An Adolescent Social Skills Group

Learning to build and maintain friendships, as well as interacting with others in general, can be awkward, confusing, and difficult! Words Are Hard is a community of individuals coming together to embrace being human by engaging in reciprocal conversation, developing interpersonal effectiveness skills, growing self-advocacy abilities, practicing the art of assertiveness, and reading (un)spoken social signs. Participants of this group can expect: to build friendships, feel part of a community, learn and practice social skills, and have fun! Ages 12-16; ONLINE!
