As the daughter of multifaith South Asian immigrants and an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I understand how intergenerational and religious trauma, marginalization, and silence can shape mental health.

Our work will be collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and complex family and relationship dynamics.
