When life gets overwhelming, it can feel like you are stuck, facing an endless cycle that you wish could change. Over time these stressors can cause you to experience negative thoughts and feelings.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in individual (teens and adults), family and couples therapy. Wherever you are in the process, I will actively work with you and/or your loved one to get “unstuck.” We will work to identify and make progress towards your goals to enable you to improve your relationship with yourself and others.
