About
Many of us reach a point where we feel stuck in our lives or our relationships. We realize that what we have done in the past to manage stress, to cope, to heal, to move forward is no longer working the way it used to and we need new strategies. As an individual and family therapist who has worked for 6+ years in two diverse metropolitan areas (New York and Chicago), my work has focused on family relationships, identity exploration, adult and adolescent mental health issues, parenting, social skills, grief, loss, and other life traumas.
In our work together, we will collaboratively create a space focused on understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behavior within the context of your relationships and your life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a strengths-based, body-centered, restorative approach to our work and select strategies that best support my client’s needs.
Whether your goals are to manage your anxiety, regain emotional balance, gain self confidence, have better relationships, or gain tools to cope better in your day to day, I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey. Call me today to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to talk about your vision for how therapy can be most effective for you.
