In close relationships either with another or with ourselves, we all have patterns of maintaining safety and connection. Although powerfully protective, these old patterns and systems may get in the way of living with ease and abundance. I support growth and healing by understanding old patterns of connection that may no longer be of service so that you can become self aware and co-create healing experiences.  As an AASECT certified sex therapist I offer a unique skillset. Whether it's relationship therapy, individual therapy or sex therapy, I am here to walk with you on your journey with compassion, presence, and perspective.
I specialize in relational, emotional, sex, physical intimacy and trauma. I use experiential techniques, psychodynamics, Emotionally Focused Therapy (grounded in attachment theory), Internal Family Systems, our therapeutic relationship and more. We will form a connection to what is beneath the words to uncover a thriving connection to self and others.
