I believe each of us is capable of overcoming the patterns in our lives which hold us back and prevent us from living the lives we desire. As a counselor my role is to provide a space in which we can explore these patterns and provide support to help you achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. Life can be overwhelming- sometimes it is helpful to have a neutral sounding board to help sort out our thoughts and feelings, and other times we need a little extra support to help navigate through a difficult time of life.

I have had a variety of work experiences in both the mental health and chemical dependency field. I have worked with populations ranging from adolescents in a residential setting to impaired professionals in the outpatient and aftercare setting. I have worked closely with many of the licensing boards of Ohio (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dental, FAA/HIMS.)
