Hi, I'm Sarah. I am so glad you're here. Being human comes with its fair share of chaos, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate it. I am committed to supporting my clients on their unique therapy journeys by providing a compassionate and empowering space for them to navigate life challenges, discover insights, and practice skill-building exercises. I enjoy working with teens and adults (12+) from all backgrounds who are navigating the impact of anxiety, mood-related disorders, stress, life transitions, and the impacts of trauma.

I utilize somatic/ body psychotherapy, trauma-informed talk therapy, expressive arts, and elements of mindfulness to support my clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth. Together, we will explore inner resources to promote self-regulation, expression, and empowerment.
