Hi there! I know it can be challenging to accept help and be ready to confront the issues that life has thrown your way. It is my goal to provide you with a safe and accepting space to show up as you are so that we can "dig through the weeds” together and make the changes that allow you to live a more fulfilling life. I work with a wide range of issues including trauma, grief, mood disorders, and neurodivergence. I utilize an eclectic array of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal theory.
I work to help people identify the experiences and beliefs that are holding them back and increase tools to have healthy boundaries, effective relationships, and find a values-driven, meaningful purpose as you move forward in life.
