I have a strong background in relational patterns, including power and control dynamics and intimate partner violence. My work centers on attachment, the wisdom of the body, and the healing power of relationship. I support adults, teens, couples, families, trauma survivors, highly sensitive people, and anyone longing for safer, healthier connections.
