My ideal client is someone who is motivated to change and wants to better themselves, however they define that. I love to work with all ages and am looking forward especially to working with adolescents and children and helping them express their emotions in a healthy way. Our practice works with all ages and has offered social skills groups for teens.
I have a unique skill set being both a counselor and a music therapist. I take a holistic approach to each person and help them as the individual. I want to help my future clients reach their therapeutic goals and gain insight into their lives.
I'd love to work with anyone who is willing to take the leap and try therapy. I lead with understanding and curiosity in sessions and am always up for trying new and creative ways to connect with clients. I always want to create a safe space for my clients to come, whether in person or virtually.
