I work with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, major life changes & relationship concerns, school & career related stress, and recovery from substance use. I am here to offer you a safe and supportive space during this time. We will identify and utilize your strengths in order to create meaningful change within yourself and your life. I offer support for adolescents & their families, adults, and elders.
I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and utilize mindfulness practices in my work with clients. You will learn to build self-esteem, change patterns of thinking, improve communication & relationships, and experience growth.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out. As nerve wracking as beginning therapy may be, you are not alone in this. I am here to support you compassionately and without judgement.
