Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here! I know that navigating the challenges of parenthood, perinatal loss, or living in a world that wasn’t built for your brain can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to go through it alone. My passion is helping people like you find support, healing, and hope.

I have specialized training and certification from Postpartum Support International in postpartum depression, anxiety, pregnancy loss, and stillbirth. But, I also come to our sessions as a fellow neurodivergent parent who deeply understands the complexities of this journey.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or wear a mask. It’s a place where every part of you is welcome; especially the parts that feel overwhelmed, ashamed, angry, or afraid. My goal is to create an environment of acceptance and compassionate curiosity, where you feel safe enough to explore your emotions without judgment.
