About
Too often in life, it seems as though the struggles we face are going to overwhelm us. Too often we feel as though the very people who should be our support system are either failing us, or are part of the problem. My aim during therapy is to create a safe and secure environment in order to help clients reach their goals and learn healthier ways of interacting with people and world. Life isn't always fair, and it isn't always easy; but it can be better. Therapy can be an important factor in reaching that potential.
I am experienced in working with adults, children, couples, and families for various difficulties. Most commonly, these include family and relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD and behavioral problems, gender and sexuality concerns, and bereavement.
