I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing mental health symptoms associated with ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, as well as individuals with trauma histories. I am working towards becoming a certified perinatal mental health counselor and enjoy supporting individuals/couples with pre/post natal mental health care, as well as with fertility/infertility and pregnancy/infant loss.
Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, as well as mindfulness interventions, I work to help individuals facilitate healing in their daily lives. I strive to create a space of safety where individuals/couples can feel supported as they walk through their mental health, creating opportunities to build coping and communication skills.
Taking that first step to begin a healing journey is hard. We aren't meant to be able to do it all on our own. I work to meet individuals where they are, facilitating your journey at your own pace (with a little push now and then).
