I work with adults, adolescents and children, individually or as a couple or family. I use psychodynamic and attachment based approaches with a variety of tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based practice and other evidence-based therapies. I am trained in Parenting Journey, Trauma-Focused CBT and as a mindfulness educator.
