Whether you are seeking support for the first time, hoping to resolve a recurring pattern, or looking to build more authentic and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others, I offer a welcoming space. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out and the vulnerability it takes to begin therapy. My goal is to foster a warm, empowering, and genuine therapeutic relationship so that you feel supported in addressing areas of distress or patterns that are no longer serving them. My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I incorporate evidence-based practices within culturally sensitive, trauma-informed frameworks.
I'm especially passionate about supporting adult survivors of childhood trauma, survivors of coercive control, queer individuals navigating identity or coming out, stepparents or “bonus” parents, and those working through codependent or insecure relational dynamics. I see individuals and couples for therapy.
I work with emerging adults and adults from diverse backgrounds, and I have a particular expertise in supporting first-generation, international, and high-achieving students and professionals.
