Welcome! I'm Sarah Taylor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from Central California. I bring a wealth of experience working with children, teens, foster kids, and adults facing various mental health challenges. With a strong background in outpatient services, inpatient services, and a history as a foster family agency social worker. I am passionate about supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts and emotions.
I believe in a collaborative process where we work together to identify goals and develop strategies to overcome challenges. My practice is integrative, drawing on various evidence-based theoretical approaches to best meet each client's unique needs.
The most common theoretical approaches I use in my work include: CBT, Trauma-Focused, Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based, Family Systems Therapy. My ultimate goal is to support clients in building resilience, developing coping skills, and achieving a greater sense of well-being.
