Sex Therapy & Intimacy Counseling for Individuals and Couples :
Sex and intimacy are among the most vulnerable parts of being human, and often the hardest to talk about, even with a partner. Whether you're navigating mismatched desire, sexual shame, disconnection from your body, or a longing for more closeness, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I work with both individuals and couples on the full range of sexual health and intimacy concerns, anywhere from low libido and desire discrepancy to sexual anxiety, painful sex, and the quiet drift that can happen in long-term relationships.
My approach is somatic and mindfulness-based, which means we pay attention to what lives in the body, not just the mind. You won't find scripts here for what your sex life "should" look like. I aim to provide a warm, direct, nonjudgmental space to explore what's true for you.
Clients often leave feeling more at home in their bodies, more able to ask for what they need, and less alone in what they're carrying.
