I take a person-centered, strength-based approach to empower clients to explore their emotions and learn who they really are. My areas of interest and expertise include anxiety, perfectionism stemming from overly critical parents, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration; and I am constantly working towards expanding my clinical expertise.
