Hi, I'm Sarah. I specialize in working with thoughtful young adults who feel stuck in their relationship patterns or uncertain about their next chapter in life. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but find themselves repeating frustrating dating dynamics, navigating painful breakups, or questioning major life decisions in their late 20s, 30s, and 40's. In therapy we slow down to explore the deeper emotional patterns shaping relationships, choices, and sense of self. Together we examine how past experiences, attachment dynamics, and internal beliefs influence how you relate to others and yourself.
My approach is collaborative and focused on developing insight and clarity. Therapy offers a space to slow down and examine the patterns shaping your relationships and decisions.
