Hello! It's nice to meet you! I specializes in treating adults, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual and psychological trauma, and behavioral issues. I also have experience treating religious trauma, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, and grief and loss and those on the Autistic spectrum. I enjoy working with adults doing inner child work and am skilled in teaching you how to communicate effectively and minimize conflict.
I like to work by meeting a client where they are. I am honored to be a part of your journey and along the way hopes to help you improve acceptance of self. I am trauma-informed, EMDR trained, and work to utilize trauma-informed modalities in my practice. I will use several different therapy types that will help my clients achieve their goals.
