If you’ve experienced trauma, you may feel stuck in patterns that are hard to explain—feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed by memories, disconnected from others, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Trauma can affect how we think, feel, and experience the world, but healing is possible. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can process painful experiences at your own pace and begin to move forward. My goal is to help you understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels calmer, more balanced, and more fully your own.
I have a private practice which enables me to give you the time and attention you need to reach your goals. I see clients in person at my office and at a barn when providing Equine Assisted Therapy.
I provide Equine Assisted Therapy Intensives where you are invited to spend up to 5 days working through and healing trauma & building emotional health.
